My temp job at BlueSky is now over. 3 months and 13 shots later I'm back home. I'm really happy I had the chance to try my "what if" and work on a movie, it's something I wanted to do since probably Jr. High school. Now, I'm excited to say that I'm headed back to Ready At Dawn to work on some exciting projects they have going on. They have a great team of talented people who are really good at what they do. That's the key. Really, it comes down to animation is animation and the most important thing is to find a studio of people who actually want to be there and do great work. When you find that, there's always room to grow because nothing is just ok, it needs to be better and better. Plus, games are really fun to play and even better to work on. I mean c'mon, working on a game for a living what can be better than that?
